  • What are they?: A time window specifies the earliest and latest time a driver can arrive at a stop (e.g., 09:00 AM - 11:00 AM).
  • How to set: When adding or editing a stop, look for the "Optimization" or "Time Window" options.
  • Effect: The route optimizer will prioritize these constraints. Note that strict time windows may increase total travel distance as the driver might have to crisscross the city to meet a deadline.
