Getting Started: The 3-Step Setup Guide

Setting up your Bodha Fleet account for the first time is a breeze. Our 3-step onboarding wizard will guide you through the essentials.

Step 1: Set up your organization

  • Enter your Company Name and upload your Company Logo.
  • Select your Industry and Team Size to help us tailor the experience for you.
  • Choose your preferred units for Time (12h/24h), Distance (km/mile), and Currency.

Step 2: Set up your depot

  • A "Depot" is where your drivers start and end their day (e.g., your warehouse or office).
  • Enter the Depot Name and Address.
  • Set the default Start Time (e.g., 08:00 AM) and End Time.

Step 3: Set up your team

  • Invite your drivers immediately by entering their email addresses, or skip this step to add them later via the Drivers page.

Once completed, you'll be taken directly to the Routes dashboard to plan your first delivery!
