What happens when you cancel your subscription.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Billing & Plans" page.

  • Access: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You can continue to optimize routes and track drivers until that date.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time on yearly plans.
  • Data Retention: Your account data (routes, drivers, history) is retained for 30 days after your subscription expires. You can reactivate within this window to restore full access.
  • Reactivation: If you change your mind before the term ends, you can hit "Reactivate Subscription" to stay on your current plan without interruption.
