Adding a Driver:

When you add a new driver mid-cycle, we calculate a pro-rated charge for the remaining days in your current billing period.

Example: If you are on the Monthly plan ($29.99) and add a driver halfway through the month (15 days remaining), you will be charged approx. $14.50 immediately. On your next renewal date, this driver will be included in the full monthly charge.

Removing a Driver:

When you remove (deactivate) a driver, you do not receive an immediate refund.

• Instead, that "seat" remains available for the rest of your billing cycle.
• You can add a new driver to fill that empty seat at no extra cost.
• At your next renewal, your bill will automatically adjust down to match your current active driver count.
