What to do if a driver cannot see a dispatched route.
- Check Status: Ensure the route status in the dispatcher dashboard is "Dispatched". Draft or Optimized routes are not visible to drivers.
- Refresh: On the driver app, pull down on the route list to trigger a manual refresh.
- Check Date: Ensure the driver is looking at the correct tab (Today vs Tomorrow).
- Internet Connection: Verify the driver's device has an active internet connection.
