Optimization Failed or Zero Results

Resolving issues when the "Optimize Route" button doesn't work.

  • Check Addresses: Ensure all stops have valid, geocoded addresses. A stop with a "Missing Address" warning can block the optimizer.
  • Vehicle Constraints: If you have strict time windows or huge service times that make a route mathematically impossible, the optimizer may fail. Try relaxing the constraints.
  • Stop Count: Ensure you have at least 2 stops (excluding start/end) to run optimization.
