# Analytics & Reports

> Track route performance, driver efficiency, and delivery outcomes with Bodha Route Planner analytics.

## Overview

Bodha Route Planner provides analytics to help you measure and improve your delivery operations. Access analytics from the **Analytics** tab in the main navigation.

## Available reports

### Core analytics (all plans)

Available on both Starter and Pro plans with **30 days of history**:

| Report | What it measures |
| - | - |
| **Route efficiency** | Planned vs actual drive time, optimization savings, distance covered |
| **Delivery success** | Completion rates, on-time delivery percentage, failed deliveries by reason |

### Full analytics (Pro plan)

The Pro plan unlocks **all reports with unlimited history**:

| Report | What it measures |
| - | - |
| **Driver performance** | Per-driver metrics: stops completed, average time per stop, idle time |
| **Customer delivery** | Per-customer delivery history, success rates, common issues |
| **Time analysis** | Service time accuracy, time window compliance, shift utilization |
| **Capacity utilization** | Vehicle load percentages, weight/volume trends |
| **Trend reports** | Week-over-week and month-over-month comparisons |

## Using analytics

### Date range

Use the **date picker** at the top of the analytics page to select your reporting period. Choose from presets (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, custom range) or pick specific dates.

### KPI cards

At the top of each report, KPI cards show key metrics at a glance:

* **Total routes** — Number of routes in the selected period
* **Total stops** — Total stops planned and completed
* **Completion rate** — Percentage of stops successfully delivered
* **On-time rate** — Percentage of stops completed within their time window
* **Average stops per route** — Workload distribution metric

### Exporting data

Click **Export** to download analytics data as CSV or Excel:

1. Select your date range.
2. Click **Export** in the top-right corner.
3. Choose **CSV** or **Excel** format.
4. The download includes all metrics for the selected period.

## Automated summary reports

Bodha Route Planner can email you an automated performance summary:

1. Go to **Settings → Summary Reports**.
2. Toggle on **Email summary**.
3. Choose the frequency: **daily** or **weekly**.
4. Select which team members should receive the report.

Summary reports include route counts, completion rates, and notable events (e.g. unusually high failure rates).
