# Plans & Pricing

> Compare Bodha Route Planner plans, see what's included in each tier, and understand per-user pricing.

Bodha Route Planner offers two paid plans designed for delivery, service, and logistics teams. Both plans include a **7-day free trial** — no credit card required.

All features are the same as monthly billing — you simply save 20% by paying annually.

## Per-user pricing explained

Bodha Route Planner uses **per-user pricing**. Each user in your organization — including the account owner, dispatchers, and drivers — counts as one seat.

**Example:** If you have 1 owner/dispatcher + 4 drivers = 5 users, your monthly cost on the Starter plan would be:

> 5 users × $29.99 = **$149.95 / month\*\*

When you add a new driver to your organization, your subscription quantity is automatically updated at the next billing cycle. You can preview the cost before adding a driver from **Settings → Billing**.

## Free trial

Every new account starts with a **7-day free trial** of the Pro plan with full access to all features:

* No credit card required to start
* All Pro features unlocked during the trial
* Unlimited routes and stops
* Full driver app access

When the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to Starter or Pro. If you don't subscribe, your account reverts to the free tier with limited functionality.

## Free tier

After your trial ends (or if you cancel your subscription), your account moves to the free tier. On the free tier you can:

* View your existing routes and data
* Create routes with basic planning features
* Access the web dashboard

Route optimization and advanced features require a paid plan.

## Annual billing discount

Save **20% on every plan** by switching to annual billing:

## INR pricing (India)

For customers in India, Bodha Route Planner offers localized pricing in Indian Rupees:

Your billing currency is automatically determined by your organization's country and cannot be changed after your first payment.

## What counts as a "user"?

Every person who needs to log in to Bodha Route Planner counts as a user:

>
> If you have drivers who only need to see their route and mark stops complete, the **no-login driver share link** is free and doesn't count toward your user seats.

## Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Chargebee and Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
